Spring Clean
With the first signs of spring ahead appearing, and the days growing brighter it's time to spring clean our lives.
Right up until the second world war, a spring clean was a thorough process which involved removing everything from a house and cleaning the empty rooms from top to bottom. Anything that was worn or broken was repaired or given away before it was put back in place.
Today we own so many possessions that the task of clearing one room, let alone a whole house, in this way, would be difficult. A recent report has calculated that the space occupied by our possessions has doubled in the past 30 years.
Psychology leads us to believe that our home environment reflects our state of mind and vice versa. Can we live with less stuff?
Perhaps if we give our minds a thorough clear out and spring clean, we can let go of more and live with less.
Do join us for our next session on the 17th April. We're also booking for the 15th of May.

P.s. Charity shops need your donations - and we highly recommend swaps and swishes too.
